Kokkola-Vasa

The trail is divided into 11 stages and takes you through forests, open fields, and small villages.

The hike begins in Kokkola, a peaceful small town near the sea, and continues south through Larsmo and Jakobstad. Along the way, you’ll experience both coastal landscapes and lush forest paths. The trail passes historical sites such as Nykarleby, Oravais, and Vörå, where you can see old churches, bridges, and monuments reflecting the region’s rich history.
